Terms of Use

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Darkwood Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 79 664 482 017) (“we”, “us”), the producer of the feature documentary COMMON WEALTH. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Buying and watching the film

The film is sold and streamed through Vimeo OTT, a service run by Vimeo. When you choose to buy or rent the film, you complete checkout on a Vimeo-hosted page, and Vimeo processes your payment, creates your viewing account and delivers the film to you.

Your purchase and your Vimeo account are also covered by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shown on our Vimeo OTT store, which you accept at checkout. The price, currency, and any rental viewing period are shown at checkout before you pay.

Refunds and your consumer rights

Vimeo handles payments, viewing access and purchase support for the film. If you have a problem with your purchase, such as the film not playing or a payment issue, contact Vimeo through the Vimeo OTT help centre.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under that law or under consumer laws where you live.

Personal viewing only

Buying or renting the film gives you a personal, non-commercial right to watch it. You may not copy, record, re-upload, share your access, or show the film publicly (including community, school or festival screenings) without our written permission. For screening and licensing enquiries, contact us at ciao@darkwoodentertainment.com.
